A side of beef from Merilli includes a full range of cuts from steaks and roasts to mince and sausages: all 100% grass-fed, hormone-free, and regeneratively raised on our family farm near Currency Creek, on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula.
Your side is dry-aged, locally butchered, and vacuum-packed for easy storage, ready to go straight into your freezer. Perfect for families, bulk buyers, or sharing with a friend.
What You Get:
Approx. 90 kg of take-home boxed meat
A Mix of steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, diced beef, brisket, and more
Pricing:
$26 per kg
Estimated price will be around $2,340 for 90kg
You will be charged a deposit of $500 now, with the balance charged to your card once final weight has been established.
