A side of beef from Merilli includes a full range of cuts from steaks and roasts to mince and sausages: all 100% grass-fed, hormone-free, and regeneratively raised on our family farm near Currency Creek, on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula.

Your side is dry-aged, locally butchered, and vacuum-packed for easy storage, ready to go straight into your freezer. Perfect for families, bulk buyers, or sharing with a friend.

What You Get:

Approx. 80–100 kg of take-home boxed meat

A Mix of steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, diced beef, brisket, and more

Pricing:

$28 per kg 

Final price depends on actual carcass weight (typically $2,200–$2,800)

An initial deposit of $500 secures your order; balance payable once butchered and weighed
