At Merilli Angus we raise beef with a story — one that begins in the soil, continues in the paddock, and ends on your plate.

We’re a family farm on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula, producing 100% grass-fed Angus beef the way nature intended: no hormones, no antibiotics, no grain, and no shortcuts.

Our cattle roam freely on diverse pasture near Currency Creek, grazing on what grows naturally, and moving through paddocks in a way that mimics nature. This is at the heart of our regenerative farming approach — using cattle to build soil health, improve pasture biodiversity, and leave the land better than we found it.

We believe provenance matters. Whether it's the vineyard or the paddock, great food and wine start with knowing where — and how — something is grown.

Our beef is dry-aged, locally butchered, and delivered direct to people who value flavour, transparency, and sustainability. Every side we sell reflects the health of the land, the care of the farmer, and the natural rhythm of the seasons.
