Perfect for large families, shared purchases or serious freezer stocking, our 80 kg Beef Box offers exceptional value, quality and provenance, straight from our family farm to your freezer.
Designed as the equivalent of approximately a full side of beef, the box contains a substantial selection of premium steaks, roasting cuts, slow cooking favourites and everyday essentials, giving you outstanding variety and long term value.
Raised on pastures at Merilli, our Angus cattle are 100% grass fed, hormone and antibiotic free, and managed using regenerative farming practices on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula. No feedlots. No grain. Just clean, ethically raised beef with real flavour.
As every animal is slightly different, the exact contents can vary. However, a typical 80 kg box generally includes:
- 2 briskets
- 8 scotch fillet steaks
- Chuck steaks
- 8 Y bone steaks
- 2 rolled rib roasts
- Osso bucco
- 2 bolar roasts
- 8 T bone steaks
- 8 porterhouse steaks
- 4 large or 8 smaller rump steaks
- Topside schnitzel meat
- Round steak
- 2 silverside roasts or corned silversides
- Diced skirt
- 2 fillet steaks
- Premium beef mince
- Beef sausages
- Hangar steak (included in some boxes)
- Beef cheeks (included in some boxes)
- Gerello Roast (eye of silverside - included in some boxes)
You will be charged a deposit of $500 now with the balance charged to your card once butchered and your box is ready for dispatch

You are paying a deposit today to reserve your 20kg Family Beef Box.
This box is the fixed weight equivalent of a traditional quarter side of beef. Unlike a quarter side, where the final weight and final price can vary, this box gives you a clear 20 kg pack so it is easier to plan your freezer space and your budget.
Once your beef has been processed and packed, we confirm your order and charge the remaining balance before dispatch. You will receive a final invoice before delivery. No orders are dispatched until the final payment is completed.
Delivery charges are additional and are calculated separately.
This gives you the value and experience of buying a quarter side, with the simplicity of a fixed box size.

From the time you place your order, the process typically takes around three weeks from order to dispatch.
During this time your beef is processed, aged, cut and packed ready for delivery.
You will always receive confirmation before your beef is dispatched.
