Shipping policy

We deliver premium, grass-fed Angus beef direct from our farm at Currency Creek, SA to customers across Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula.

Delivery areas
Adelaide Metro | Fleurieu Peninsula | Adelaide Hills (selected locations).
If you’re outside these areas, please contact us before ordering.

Order timing
Each order is fulfilled from a specific processing run. Delivery usually occurs within 2–3 weeks of deposit payment. You’ll receive an email once your order is scheduled and another notification before delivery.

Cold-chain delivery
All orders travel under refrigerated conditions and arrive vacuum-sealed in insulated cartons. Deliveries occur Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm.

Authority to leave
All deliveries are made on an Authority to Leave basis. Your box will be left in a safe location if you’re not home. Transfer contents to your fridge or freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Delivery fee
A flat delivery charge applies unless otherwise stated at checkout. Occasional free-delivery promotions may apply for larger orders or specific runs.

Incorrect address / missed delivery
Please check your delivery details carefully. If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or access issues, a re-delivery fee may apply.

Product condition
Our products are packed to strict food-safety standards. If your order arrives damaged or not in good condition, contact us within 24 hours at [insert email].

Pick-up option
Local pick-up may be offered from our farm or partnering butcher by arrangement. Details will be confirmed by email once your order is ready.
