Raised on pastures at Merilli, our Angus cattle are 100% grass-fed, hormone- and antibiotic-free and managed using regenerative farming practices on the Fleurieu Peninsula. No feedlots. No grain. Just clean, ethical beef with real flavour.

Each quarter side is dry-aged, professionally butchered, and vacuum-packed — ready to enjoy throughout the year.
