A half side of beef from Merilli includes a full range of cuts: from steaks and roasts to mince and sausages, all 100% grass-fed, hormone-free and regeneratively raised on our family farm near Currency Creek, on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula.

Your half side is dry-aged, locally butchered, and vacuum-packed for easy storage, ready to go straight into your freezer. Perfect for families, bulk buyers, or sharing with a friend.

What You Get:

Approx. 40 to 45 kg of take-home boxed meat

A mix of steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, diced beef and brisket

Pricing:

$28 per kg 

Final price depends on actual carcass weight (typically $1,100 - $1,250)
 

An initial deposit of $250 secures your order; balance payable once butchered and weighed
