A half side of beef from Merilli includes a full range of cuts: from steaks and roasts to mince and sausages, all 100% grass-fed, hormone-free and regeneratively raised on our family farm near Currency Creek, on South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsula.
Your half side is dry-aged, locally butchered, and vacuum-packed for easy storage, ready to go straight into your freezer. Perfect for families, bulk buyers, or sharing with a friend.
What You Get:
Approx. 45kg of take-home boxed meat
A mix of steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, diced beef and brisket
Pricing:
$27 per kg
You will be charged a deposit of $250 now, with the balance charged to you once final weight has been established.
