At Merilli, we produce clean, honest beef from our family farm near Currency Creek, SA. Our Angus cattle are 100% grass-fed, free from hormones and antibiotics, and raised using regenerative farming practices that restore the land and nourish the animals — the way nature intended.

We offer whole, side, half side and quarter side beef packs — ideal for families, co-buyers, or anyone wanting to eat better and buy smarter. Each pack is: 

  • Professionally butchered and vacuum-packed 
  • Custom cut to your preferences for whole and half side 
  • Delivered direct or ready for pickup

You’ll get a generous mix of steaks, roasts, mince, sausages, and slow-cook cuts — everything you need for real, everyday eating. 

About us

How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Pack

Side, half a side or a quarter side: order the size that fits your freezer and family. A side is half a cow.

 

Step 2: We Raise and Process
Our cattle are pasture raised without hormones or antibiotics. Once we receive your order the animal is killed and then hung for 14 days to develop full flavour and tenderness.

 

Step 3: Custom Butchering
You pick your cuts, from steaks and roasts to mince and sausages. We vacuum-pack ready for your freezer.


Step 4: Delivered or Pickup
Local delivery across Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula.  It generally takes about 3 to 4 weeks from order to delivery.
