Premium Grass Fed Angus Beef, Direct from the Fleurieu Peninsula
At Merilli, we produce clean, honest beef from our family farm near Currency Creek, SA. Our Angus cattle are 100% grass fed, free from hormones and antibiotics, and raised using regenerative farming practices that restore the land and nourish the animals the way nature intended.
No feedlots. No shortcuts. Just dry aged, flavour rich beef, butchered locally and delivered straight from our paddock to your plate.
How It Works (4 Steps)
Step 1: Choose Your Pack
Side, half a side or a quarter side: order the size that fits your freezer and family. A side is half a cow
Step 2: We Raise and Process
Our cattle are pasture raised without hormones or antibiotics, then hung for 14 days to develop full flavour and tenderness.
Step 3: Custom Butchering
You pick your cuts, from steaks and roasts to mince and sausages. We vacuum-pack ready for your freezer.
Step 4: Delivered or Pickup
Local delivery across Adelaide and the Fleurieu Peninsula
